In light of the current circumstances around gatherings I have created a mini wedding package that will allowing you to have an intimate but beautiful wedding. These mini weddings would be for 20 guests and include everything you need for a ceremony, table set up, flowers, invitations, flatlays, set up and clean up! This won’t be basic design either, it will be the best of everything and look very similar to the styled shoots I design!

The package includes the following for 20 guests:

  • Flowers: bride bouquet, boutonnière, ceremony installation, center pièces for the table, and flatlay florals.

  • Ceremony chairs

  • Planning and directing of the ceremony

  • Reception tables and chairs (for brunch, lunch, for dinner)

  • Specialty linens for the table from La Tavola Fine Linen

  • Table setting rentals: plates, napkins, two glasses (water + wine or champagne), fork, knife, and spoon.

  • Candles and candle holders for the table. (taper and votive)

  • A small cake or dessert for 20

  • Menus or place cards for each place setting

  • Once multi-piece invitation for photos

  • Styling of flatlays: invitation, shoes, groom details, bridal details, etc.

  • Set up + clean up

  • Arranging of the meal (you choose where you want the meal catered or picked up from and we will arrange it for you)

***NOT included in the package: Venue: however this can be held at a free private residence if available to you. Photography: I can help you arrange a photographer however I want you to be able to choose who it is based on style. Food: I will help arrange the food and beverage service however the cost of the food and drinks are additional cost and the place of your choosing. Travel: I am completely up for traveling out of the Fresno area, however travel costs will be addition and based on the location. Invitations to guests: I can help design and plan invitations for send to all guests, however there will be an additional charge for the actual invitations. Guest count: You may go over or under 20 guests and the price will be adjusted accordingly, I will create a custom quote for you.
